Awards Terms and Conditions
Images of awards used in the catalogue are merely illustrative, and therefore awards given may not exactly match the image of the products available.
Before making your purchases, the following statement is valid and needs to be accepted.
“I certify that (1) I have submitted only accurate and complete information in making claims under the program, (2) I will either personally use the program award for my own individual benefit or give the program award to an immediate family member* for his or her own personal use and individual benefit, (3) under no circumstance will I or any such immediate family member* give all or any portion of the program award, or any of its value, to any other person and (4) I will promptly, accurately and completely respond to any inquiries regarding my participation in the award program, including my compliance with this certification.”
*An immediate family member means my spouse, parents and grandparents, children and grand-children, brothers and sisters, mother in law and father in law, brothers in law and sisters in law, daughters in law and sons in law. Adopted, half, and step members are included in this definition of “immediate family member”.
If upon receipt of your award you identify that it is defective or damaged, immediately contact our service team at contact us page.
Rewards6, as well as its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, and attorneys will be held harmless from any problems including but not limited to personal injury or property damage that may occur during the course of on in connection with the awards and trips. To the fullest extent permitted by law (and subject to the Limitation of Liability clause set forth herein), participants agree, as a condition precedent of ordering the goods, to waive any claims they may have against Rewards6, and to indemnify and hold Rewards6 harmless against and from any claims, disputes, suits, causes of action, demands, liabilities, costs, damages, expenses (including but not limited to reasonable legal fees) incurred by Individual or Team Member participants and/or their relatives or any persons to whom they might have transferred their trip entitlement or award as a result or in connection with such trips including but not limited to loss of luggage or other personal belongings, death or personal injury. Users agree to assume all risk incidents in relation to the award trips or the awards received.
All redemptions are final. Point credits will not be issued for cancelled, exchanged or returned awards, unless the delivered product was damaged on arrival.
Regular shipping cost is included. Many items will be shipped as soon as the supplier is able to. However, it is not always possible to ship all items ordered together and you may receive your items separately, on different days. Typically your order will arrive within 28 days of your order date so please allow an appropriate amount of days to receive your order. If you would like us to check on the status of your order, please forward a copy of your award confirmation email or your order number to us.
All awards are subject to change based on availability and Rewards6 does not guarantee that the awards offered in this program will be available at the time of ordering.
If any award is unavailable for any reason beyond the control of Rewards6, Rewards6 reserves the right to substitute the award for a similar item of equal value. In the case where an item of equal value cannot be located, we will request you to reselect an item based on your point accumulation.
